  • New Patient Contact Lens Fittings/evaluations - starts at $85.00
  • Established Patient Contact Lens Fittings/evaluations - starts at $45.00
  • Contact Lens New Wearer(includes training) fittings/evaluations - starts at $125.00
  • Refraction - $45.00 - a test that is given as part of a comprehensive routine eye examination.  This test tells your eye doctor exactly what prescription you need in your glasses or contact lenses.
  • External Photo - $30.00 - A photo taken of the external eye/eyelid area to provide documentation in the patients file.
  • Visual Field Test - $60 - a method of measuring an individual's entire scope of vision, that is their central and peripheral (side) vision of each eye individually and can detect blind spots (scotomas) as well as more subtle areas of dim vision. 
  • Fundus Photo - $80.00 - a picture that documents the retina, the neurosensory tissue in our eyes which translates the optical images we see into the electrical impulses our brain understands.
  • Eyescreen Retinal Photo - $44.00 - A picture taken from the back view of the retina to help detect anything medical going in the back of the eye such as glaucoma, diabetic disease/retinopathy, macular degeneration...
  • Bleph-Ex - $150 - cleaning of the eyelid are to help iliminate inflammation caused by blepharitis.
  • Demodex Package - $385 - bleph ex cleaning followed by a thin layer of tea tree oil applied directly to the base of the eyelash line followed by another blephex cleaning.

  • Meibomian Gland Probing - $950.00 - probing and squeezing the blocked meibomian glands allowing the natural lubricating oils to flow.
  • Tear Eval(Dry Eye Testing) - $115.00 - 
  • Removal of Foreign Body - starts at $65.00 
  • Bandage Contact Lens - $65.00 - a contact lens with 0 prescription power placed on the eye to help the healing process of an abrasion.
  • Temporary Punctal Plugs - $40 each - dissolvable collagen implants inserted into the upper or lower or both punctum that last for a few days up to a few months.
  • Permanent Punctal Plug - $200 each - silicone plugs that are inserted into the punctum; ideally used after having lasik surgery to help prevent dry eyes.
  • Orthokeratology (Corneal Molding)- $1500 - temporary reshapes the cornea by wearing a specially made rigid contact lenses and wearing overnight, in order to correct myopia.
